Get to know Rachel:

Rachel has over 9 year’s experience in the Retail and consumer packaged goods industry, specializing in customer acquisition and retention, marketing and advertising, as well as project management.

She started her career working for a subsidiary of the Kroger company, dunnhumby, where she analyzed consumer behavior data to inform targeted media and loyalty strategies. These data-driven media programs generated over $1.5Bn incremental revenue annually for Kroger. She also led and/or supported the launches of innovative marketing solutions including C-store customer mailers, a household-level personalized catalog called MyMagazine, and Center Store mailers to drive higher margins as well as promote cross-category purchases among loyals to increase share of wallet.

In 2016, Rachel moved to Austin, TX and shifted her focus to social media marketing as a Retail account manager at Facebook. She worked with a book of business of over 70 clients, ranging from SMBs to fortune 500’s. She went on to lead the North America Scaled Retail team of thirteen account managers and drove ~ $1Bn for the company annually. After 4 years in sales, Rachel moved to the product marketing org to expand her scope to Global Retail, and she is responsible for developing go-to-market strategies that drive vertical growth, product development, and product adoption.

Outside of work, Rachel is passionate about fitness, supporting local small businesses, and finding any opportunity to float/boat on the lake!
