Tim Ham founded Praxent 20 years ago on the belief that technology has the power to unlock human potential. Over that time he has worked to build a service-minded team of designers and technologists who have delivered over 300 digital innovation projects for clients such as Dimensional Fund Advisors, NRG, Keller Williams, Texas Mutual and many more.

Tim is actively involved in the strategy and operation of the firm with an insatiable interest in digital innovation, leadership and high performing teams. With degrees in Management Information Systems and Economics from the University of Texas at Austin, Tim has extensive experience with applied information technology and business management.

-NRG generates $80 million in new revenue within 8 months of launching sales tool
